We process your refer-earn fee within 45 days of the invoice being generated. If your referees choose to terminate their subscription before that, we won’t be able to process your refer-earn fee.
No, there is no limit on the number of customers you can refer and the total refer-earn fee that you can earn.
You can choose to accept your refer-earn fee either by means of an Amazon voucher or a 10% discount on your Kylas subscription cost.
No, you will only get a fee on the first invoice value. You are not eligible for any refer-earn fee on renewals.
