Centrahub CRM is an all-in-one tool for marketing and sales automation. It offers a good variety of features, but the interface makes it difficult for users to navigate and explore the feature set. The tool is difficult to use and thus falls short to simplify your work.

Centrahub offers a feature set, but it has an inefficient interface.
This steepens the learning curve associated with it, especially for the CRM beginners in
your team. It takes time to navigate the software, and hence its functionality gets
limited.
Kylas, on the other hand, has a simple and interactive interface. Every
field, column and tab on the dashboard has been designed with a clear function in mind.
You do not require a lot of handholding to navigate the system. It can be used easily by
CRM novices as well as experts.
Centrahub’s mobile app functionality is quite limited. As a result,
collaboration can be difficult, especially for field sales agents and sales reps who
solely work off their mobile app.
Kylas Mobile App is a deal-cracking machine with
almost the same functionality as the Kylas Desktop app. You can access every relevant
piece of information, be it lead details or notes of prior meetings anywhere, at any
time. Your business operations can be seamlessly carried out on-the-go with a powerful
CRM mobile application.
Centrahub does not offer customized onboarding or implementation
support. As a result, their customers rely upon external vendors to help them with
implementation and training, costing them more money!
